  1. I am a Certified Pedorthist with one of the following credentials. C.Ped, BOCPD, C.Ped C or C.Ped MC and I would like confirmation confirm PFA Canada membership eligibility. This is a required procedure. Submit Application

  2. PFA Canada Certified Pedorthist Exam Application – I have one of the following pedorthic credentials CPed or BOCPD and my exam eligibility has been approved by PFA Canada. Submit Application

  3. Certified Pedorthist Membership Application – I am a Certified Pedorthist with one of the following credentials C.Ped, BOCPD, C.Ped C or C.Ped MC. PFA Canada has already confirmed all Certified Pedorthist membership criteria have been met, and I am eligible to apply to become a Certified Pedorthist Member of PFA Canada. Submit Application
