All reservations must be made on a guaranteed basis with either a credit card or a cash deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes. Any changes must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival or be responsible to assume charges and applicable taxes for the first night’s stay. If you wish to cancel your reservations please do so prior to 6:00 pm the day before your expected arrival to avoid penalty charges on your credit card. Please ensure you call and speak with a live agent to receive a cancellation number.

Changes/cancellations – You can change or cancel reservations within 24 hours of booking at no charge. Further changes or cancellations can be made up to 2 hours prior to the flight; please note additional fees or charges may apply for each guest depending on fare class booked and differences in fare. Based on the feedback we received from our exhibitors after our last conference, they suggested we have the exhibit time focused on one day instead of 2 days.

The list of delegates will be provided to the Exhibitors a few weeks prior to the conference.Delegates will be required to visit all vendors to be entered in the prize draws.Please take some time to review the enclosed materials which describe sponsorship and exhibitor benefits. Opportunities are limited; commitments will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.All Exhibitors are requested to provide a prize for the conference delegates (product, gift card, etc)
